Diana Jeanne Brennecke

Services for Diana Jeanne Brennecke will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday June 8, 2026, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Anthony officiating. Burial will follow at 1:00 PM, at the Central Texas State Veteran's Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to services.

Diana, a loving faithful wife, mother and grandmother passed away from this life to her heavenly home at the age of 75. She was born in 1950 in Kansas. She was a graduate of Pittsburg State University in Kansas. Diana met her husband-to-be, Craig E. Brennecke, at Campus Crusade for Christ, a Christian fellowship. They married December 28, 1971 in Kansas. The couple made their home in Texas in 1973. She was a teacher for several years, but her passion was to spread the word of Christ. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Temple.

Mrs. Brennecke was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Craig E. Brennecke; and parents, Ralph and Betty Smith. 

Survivors include two daughters, Rebekah Miller and Christina Crump and her husband Chris; two grandchildren Leah Miller and Caleb Brennecke.

 Memorials may be to the William R. Courtney State Veterans Home in Temple.
