Jane Sustaita, age 66, of Temple, TX passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026.

Born on December 15, 1959, in Temple, she was the beloved daughter of Canuto and Tomasa Salazar. She lived a life filled with love, compassion, and devotion to her family and friends.

She was a devoted mother, a cherished grandmother, and a loving sister, aunt, and friend to many. Her family was the center of her world, and she found great joy in caring for and supporting those she loved.

Jane was known for her kindness and strength. She enjoyed cooking, listening to music, dancing, camping, traveling with her daughters, and spending time with loved ones. She touched countless lives with her warm spirit and caring heart.

She is survived by her daughters, Anita Sustaita and Monica Sustaita Hernandez; her siblings, Edward Salazar, Ernest Salazar, Christine Williams, Patricia Sustaita, and Lee Salazar; her grandchildren, Makayla Baltimore, Tomasa Hernandez, Ian Lange, Riley Anderson, and Luis Hernandez; and one great grandchild Lucian Morrison.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her brother William Salazar.

A visitation will be held on May 21, 2026, at Dossman Funeral Home from 6-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on May 22, 2026, at Dossman Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m., with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.

The family would like to thank everyone for their love and support during this difficult time.

Though she will be deeply missed, her love and memory will remain in our hearts forever.
